We want you to love your Pepper You pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Securely pack your items in their original branded packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
